Generation and delivery

• The exact generation prompt was saved at script/logs/daily-ai-news-collage/gemini-prompt_10-3-26.txt for fallback reuse.
• The built-in renderer was attempted twice. Both renders were created after RUN_START 1791120607, but the mandated ig_*.png freshness probe returned no result because the tool persisted nonstandard exec-*.png cache files.
• Recovery command: python3 "/workspace/AI-Automation-Library/script/categories/shared/codex_extract_images.py" "/home/ubuntu/.codex/sessions/2026/10/04/rollout-2026-10-04T13-30-08-01a1071b-8d7a-7e13-9370-ea5d9c26286c.jsonl" --out script/logs/daily-ai-news-collage/extracted_10-3-26
• The last extracted render was copied to the saved image path and verified as a 3,026,451-byte RGB PNG at exactly 1024 × 1536; no resize was needed.
• Visual verification passed for panel count/layout, caption spelling and readability, timestamp, non-likeness, and detailed editorial quality.
• Commit/push result: Success. Artifact commit 45816c69 (Add daily news collage for 2026-10-03) pushed directly to origin/mike_desktop before email; no serialized-push fallback was needed.
• AgentMail email result: Attachment sent successfully to mikeschecht@gmail.com after the push. Provider resend; status sent; message ID 01a10722-f1ed-7ad6-9c3a-aad6d45eb321; attachment Daily-News-Collage_10-3-26.png. Notification-only fallback was not needed.
• Issues: Built-in persistence filename did not match the expected ig_*.png pattern, so the successful render was recovered from the current session transcript as prescribed. Gemini fallback was not used.
